The invitation letter will be issued only after the registration fee payment is completed. Please note that payments will not be accepted at the onsite desk; they must be completed in advance of the meeting.

Therefore, if you require an invitation letter to apply for visa purposes, you need to register for the meeting, proceed to pay the registration fees, and then you will receive your invitation letter.

In the event that you are unable to obtain your visa, you can cancel your registration and receive a refund.
